Steve Vislisel
Steve Vislisel is the founder and President of S3 Solutions and Satori Systems, based in Tiburon, CA. He is a master facilitator, trainer and coach with deep expertise in strategic alignment, leadership development and sales mastery.
He has sold, created and implemented programs worldwide over the last 15 years to great organizations including Accenture, Ernst and Young, Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, Mercury, Intuit, Cadence Design, Cypress Semiconductor and Microsoft. He has personally trained over ten thousand professional services consultants, managers, and directors.
Steve draws on his broad experience in program management and team leadership to design and deliver custom-fit programs, which are practical, experiential, and innovative. His specialty is crafting a unique recipe, which blends conceptual models, simulations, client-specific scenarios, action learning and coaching. He challenges participants to master their game through clarifying their purpose, focusing their presence, and mastering the critical practices of their discipline. His special gift is the creation of a learning environment at a deep level of trust, where participants can “speak the unspoken” without risk of repercussions.
Prior to his career in organizational development, Steve studied human performance and leadership at the United States Air Force Academy, which prepared him for almost a decade of Aerospace program management for the United States Air Force and Lockheed-Martin Corporation. During this time, he managed major subcontractors responsible for the software systems integration of nationally critical satellite programs.
His graduate and post-graduate studies have been focused on organizational development, strategy, coaching, and leadership. Steve’s work with entrepreneurial leaders is focused on aligning clear strategic direction with the cultural beliefs, values, agreements, and behaviors critical to achieving breakthrough business performance and long-term stakeholder loyalty. |

Carrie Elias
Carrie Elias is a dynamic, professional trainer who facilitates the mastery of communication skills, team development and performance management. For more than 12 years, she has been training and coaching managers and leaders to create breakthrough team performance in a wide variety of industries, including software/high tech, health care and finance. Her software clients include Mercury, Intuit, Marketsoft, Kintana, and Cadence Design.
She has worked with thousands of people from cross-functional and project teams, particularly with software/technical service and support teams. Marty Friedman
Marty Friedman is a senior consultant, based in Palo Alto, California. He is an expert in the area of manager/employee communication and basic management skills.
Since 1976, he has designed and conducted more than 2000 workshops, and presented to more than 20,000 managers throughout the United States, Europe and Japan. Marty has consulted, coached and trained managers in organizations as diverse as Accenture, Hitachi America, AT&T, IBM, and GTE, as well as a few hundred profit, governmental and non-profit organizations throughout the United States and Europe. He is well known for his work with communication skills, performance management, interviewing and performance evaluation.
Marty has owned and managed consulting businesses, and was formerly Regional Vice President of Right Management Consultants, a global human resources consulting company. Marty’s responsibilities included designing and coordinating training programs and organizational development efforts for clients throughout the West Coast. Unique among many trainer/facilitators, he had line management responsibilities, such as managing a budget, selecting and managing consultants and projects, and planning resources to accomplish business results.
His specialties are the practical communication, management and “people issues” for which people need direct, simple answers. As a trainer, he is known as a warm, humorous speaker who can get any group involved and active.

Marco Crolla
Marco Crolla is a seasoned professional services executive, consultant and change agent with over 16 years experience. Marco has led professional services transformation efforts as a member of the management team at both Kana Communications and Mercury Interactive. Marco was instrumental in helping to change these organizations from technical field engineers to a cohesive group of consultants, capable of delivering and helping to sell business solutions.
Marco started his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where he spent almost a decade working in the technology and change management practices in both Europe and the United States.
Marco has consulted on a wide range of strategic technology and business change initiatives. Most recently he has been focusing on implementing Information Technology (IT) Governance frameworks and systems at multi-billion dollar organizations.
Marco has lived in 7 countries, traveled around the world and speaks conversational Spanish as well as some French, Dutch and German. A Brit, Marco now lives in Marin (north of San Francisco) with his wife Sophie and 2 sons (Sam and Bruno). |
